Michael Riley, President
Mr. Riley was appointed President of AIT, Inc. on March 1, 2014. Prior to joining AIT he has served initially as the CEO, and then for ten years as the CTO of CeraTech, Inc. a leader in the development of fly-ash based cementitious products with emphasis on high strength composites and blast protection. He holds patents in the basic Ceratech technologies as well as many others in advanced concrete and fine powder technology. Prior to his time at Ceratech he served as a project manager with Lockheed Martin Research Labs, and began his career as a scientist with the US Army Chemical R&D Center and Ballistics Research Laboratory. He received his Master Degree in Materials Science from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelors in Physics from Loyola University.
Wayne Fried, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Fried is the inventor of the CleanCem process and a co-founder of AIT. He has over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry and fly ash beneficiation for sustainable building practices. Most recently, he was a contractor on Structural Engineering projects based in the New York City area, and the President of Donmar Contracting Corp., a structural drilling, foundation and superstructure contractor. Wayne was also the President of Sealeon LLC, a company that develops hydrophobic coatings for aggregates, and an Engineering Consultant for SRPE Structural Engineers. He has served as a Board Member at Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein Research Division. Mr. Fried graduated with a BS in Biochemistry, minor in Mechanical Engineering from the City University of New York.
